Most Haunted Places in Japan

The Japanese believe that all humans have a spirit or soul called reikon. Ghosts are yurei, which means "spirit convict"
If someone dies suddenly or by violence, reikon tend to turn into yurei, which could then be bridged to return to the physical world.
The yurei remain close to where they died. They usually appear between the hours of 2 and 3 am, the time when the bulkhead between the world of the dead and the living is at its thinnest.Many Japanese ghost who is connected with the battlefield andmilitary bases. Here are some of the most haunted places in Japan.

Atsugi Naval Base
